Refund/Return Policy
I would like for my clients to be completely happy with their purchases and I believe that you will be
delighted with this "unique-to-you" handmade item. However, should something be not to your liking,
I will gladly accept a return for non-custom order within 7 days.

The item must be returned in the original condition, and KnottyLoop will issue a refund minus the shipping charges.

Custom made orders are not returnable.
